A Display on Both Sides

The headline design change is the return — and expansion — of the secondary rear display. The Xiaomi 18 Pro carries a 2.7-inch OLED panel on its back, while the Pro Max steps up to 2.9 inches, both refresh at up to 120Hz and hit 4,000 nits of peak brightness. Snapdragon 8 Elite (Extreme) Gen 6 Inside

The two models diverge on silicon. The 18 Pro is the first phone with the 2nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6, while the Pro Max takes the more powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 variant. Both are built on Qualcomm’s fourth-generation Oryon CPU architecture, with clock speeds reaching 5GHz. Battery capacity is the other spec-sheet shocker.
