EK Factory Passes Annual ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit

EK's manufacturing facility has successfully passed its annual ISO 9001:2015 quality management system surveillance audit, conducted by SGS in December 2025. The audit result showed zero major non-conformities and only two minor observations related to documentation formatting, both of which have been addressed. The audit covered all aspects of EK's quality management system, including incoming material inspection, in-process quality control, final product testing, and customer feedback handling. Auditors specifically praised the company's traceability system, which tracks every production batch from raw material certificates through to shipping records. This marks the fifth consecutive year of successful ISO 9001:2015 surveillance for EK. The company also maintains ISO 14001 environmental management certification and BSCI social compliance certification.
